Associate
Ivar is a senior consultant with more than 40 years of experience from development policies, climate change, environment and forestry. He has worked as Policy Director in Norad, as a diplomat in the Norwegian foreign service, the Norwegian state forest service and for the United Nations. He has specialized in development policy and development programme design and has undertaken numerous programme reviews and evaluations.
He has served as executive board member of Centre for People and Forest (RECOFTC ), HQ Bangkok, International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), HQ Kathmandu and The Development Fund (Utviklingsfondet), HQ Oslo.´
